Full Birth Package - $1200
- One FREE initial visit for you to ask questions and discuss what you expect from me. This is a chance for you to decide if you want Liz to be there for your birth.
- Two prenatal visits to help you prepare a birth plan and review pain relief techniques you can practice in advance
- Available to you day or night for questions, concerns and birth support
- Continuous support during your labor and delivery
- Breastfeeding help if desired
- One postpartum visit to review your birth and see how you and your family are adjusting to the new baby
- Available via phone, text or email for any questions or concerns
- Belly casting
Hypno-Doula
Hypnobabies is a very comprehensive, unique and successful childbirth hypnosis program for creating an easier, more comfortable birth experience.
